Kiwisonic Keyboard & Mouse Shortcuts

Playback & Navigation

SpaceSolo-play the current track (other tracks are muted). Stops at end of last note.
/ Select adjacent note. If no note exists in that direction, shows a navigation cursor at the next grid position.
/ Select note at adjacent pitch. If no note exists, shows a navigation cursor one semitone away.
HomeScroll to pattern start
EndScroll to pattern end (after last note)
ESCClose popup / UI control
Ctrl+1–9Switch to track *(planned — not yet implemented)*

Editing keys

Shift+ / Move selected item by one step
Shift+ / Move selected item by one row (semitone in Piano Roll)
Ctrl+Shift+ / Move selected item by one octave
Ctrl+ / Shrink / grow selected item duration
Shift + + / -Grow / shrink all notes in the pattern by one step. Respects the ripple toggle (⇄).
Ctrl+ / Adjust selected item velocity
Ctrl+ASelect all
Ctrl+DDuplicate selected notes (copies are placed right after the selection and become selected)
Ctrl+CCopy selected notes
Ctrl+VPaste copied notes at the insert cursor (pasted notes become selected)
Delete / BackspaceDelete selected items. Multiple selected: delete all. None selected: delete the last note in the pattern.
Ctrl+Delete / BackspaceDelete all notes at the selected note's time position (column/chord delete).

Auto durationNote duration adapts to pattern rhythm and melodic movement. When a rest is strongly recommended, it is inserted automatically before the next keypad note.
